During early and late season, consideration will be given to reductions for Flats, 1, 2 & 3 occupied by fewer persons than the maximum numbers given above. This concession does not apply over the Easter and Spring Bank Holiday periods, or between July and early September.

A deposit of £100 per week per flat is requested when making a firm booking: Balance payable on arrival.
