Moonrakers Flats are under the personal supervision of the Resident Owners.

Moonrakers Flats are completely self-contained, each with its own front door key. They comply with the current fire regulations and are equipped to provide home comforts in a holiday setting.

Moonrakers Flats are tastefully furnished and close carpeted throughout. Also included are coal-effect electric fires; fan heaters; colour television; alarm clock radio; books; jigsaws; playing cards; etc.

Moonrakers Flats  are fully equipped in the kitchens with stainless steel sink units together with other built-in units containing crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. A picnic basket, complete with cups and vacuum flask is supplied. Electrical equipment includes a full-size Belling cooker with four radiant rings and automatic oven timer; microwave oven; refrigerator; kettle; vacuum cleaner; iron (and ironing board); thermostatically controlled deep fat fryer; and toaster. Table-cloth, tea-towels, oven gloves and cleaning materials are provided.

Moonrakers Flats have a payphone and laundry room. The laundry room contains an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and spin dryer. Each flat has its own hot water system and £1 slot meter for electricity. Shower units have electric hot water heaters.

Moonrakers Flats are partially centrally heated during the early and late season. Tariff includes a hot water radiator in each lounge providing background heating during the evening and early morning to ensure the flats are warm and cosy.

Moonrakers Flats  Sheets, pillow cases, hand and bath towels are all provided. Fresh linen weekly. Although towels are provided, these are positively not for use as beach towels which we respectfully request guests to bring with them. There is an electric hair dryer in each flat.
